Nathaniel Picarelli-Kombert
Associate
Biography
Nathaniel Picarelli-Kombert is an associate at Callahan, Inman, & Bonzagni, where his practice focuses on divorce and family law matters, including custody, child support, modifications, and related Probate and Family Court proceedings.
Nathaniel practices family law because it allows him to advocate for clients as they navigate some of the most difficult periods of their lives. He believes that part of his role as an attorney is to ensure clients feel heard, informed, and included at every stage of the process. He prides himself on being accessible and direct, making sure clients understand not only what is happening in their case, but why, so they can remain active participants in the decisions that affect their families and futures.
In addition to his litigation practice, Nathaniel serves as a Mock Trial Coach at the University of Connecticut School of Law. In 2025, his students captured first place at the Phi Alpha Delta National Championship, the same national title Nathaniel himself won as a first-year law student. That same year, his students placed third at the San Diego Defense Lawyers’ Annual Mock Trial Competition. He brings that same disciplined preparation, strategic thinking, and advocacy to his client work.
Nathaniel earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration simultaneously from the University of Connecticut School of Law and School of Business and is known for his comfort handling matters involving financial complexity. He grew up on Cape Cod and, outside of the office, enjoys taking his boat out on the lake, skiing, and spending time with his standard poodles, Nauset, Chatham, Reagan, and his Yorkshire Terrier puppy, Francis.
